ACORN 28% PRO-BALANCER CUBE
Acorn 28% Pro-Balancer Cube is a popular balancer cube formulated to complement low protein forage crops such as Maize Silage and Wholecrop Silage. This feed is suitable when 25-50 % of the total forage is coming from Maize Silage or Wholecrop.
Soya is the predominant ingredient in this diet providing an excellent source of quality protein to complement the low protein forage. This cube may also contains cereal, an important factor if you have the lower starch levels evident in Maize Silage some years.
It also contains a unique package of protected minerals (Copper, Selenium, Manganese and Iodine) blended with a range of vitamins to promote optimum health and natural immunity, reducing the risk of lameness and mastitis. The combination of high levels of Vitamin E and protected selenium greatly enhance the immune system of the cow.
The inclusion of Iodex, a protected form or Iodine, also prevents iodine deficiency from having a negative influence on fertility. The macro minerals are included at a higher rate in order to balance the low mineral status of the forage.

ACORN 24% PRO-BALANCER CUBE
Acorn 24% Pro-Balancer Cube is formulated to complement low protein forage crops such as Maize Silage and Wholecrop Silage when incorporated into the diet at 25% of total forage intake. It is also suitable for complementing fodder beet and other low protein feeds. Soya included in this feed, providing a quality protein source that offers some by-pass protein, proven to boost milk yield in early lactation.
This cube also contains significant levels of native cereal, an important factor with the lower starch levels evident in Maize and Whole crop Silage this current year. The mineral package is specially formulated to balance the low mineral status of the forage.
